Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026. This policy explains what PrintOnNow (www.printonnow.com, "we") collects, why, and what your choices are.
What we collect
- Forms. When you subscribe, contact us or request a file, we store the fields you send (name, e-mail address, message, optional attachment) in our hosting provider's storage (Cloudflare Workers KV) and forward a copy to our mailbox. We use them only to answer you or to send the newsletter you asked for. You can unsubscribe with the link in any e-mail or by writing to [email protected].
- Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to count visits, pages and clicks on outbound links (for example, clicks to a product). IP addresses are anonymised by Google Analytics' settings. We do not sell or share this data.
- Browser storage. The free tools and planners save your draft (CV text, palette, wedding date) in your own browser's localStorage so you do not lose it on refresh. Nothing is sent to us. Clear it with the "Clear draft" button or by clearing site data in your browser.
- Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention for a limited time.
Cookies
Google Tag Manager / Analytics may set cookies (_ga, _gid) to recognise returning browsers. Partner print shops, Pinterest, Facebook and WhatsApp set their own cookies only when you open their pages through our share or product links. We do not use advertising pixels on this site.
Third parties
Product images are loaded from our print partner's content network. When you click a product you leave our site and the partner shop's own privacy policy applies. The partner records that the visit came from PrintOnNow so that we receive a commission; it does not share your personal data with us.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing, by e-mailing [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
